The KOBV Digital Archive contains:

Licensed e-journals from 1997-2004 of the Friedrich-Althoff-Konsortium.

It contains 1600 e-journals with approx. 1.310.000 articles of the publishers

Elsevier: 1997-2001
Kluwer Academic Publishers (today: Springer): 1997-2004
Springer: 1998-2003

You can search all e-journals and view the abstracts of the articles. To be able to access full-text, you have to be on campus of a institution that was holder of a license of the relevant journal. These institutions are academies or scientific institutes - mainly in Berlin and Brandenburg, but in other regions, too.

E-Publications
Dissertations, theses, and other kind of e-publications of regional institutional repositories. Unrestricted access to the full-text publications except for publications marked with the yellow traffic light (access within the IP range of the particular institution). Access to publications of the Zentral- und Landesbibliothek only within IP range of the Senatsbibliothek.
